Clove Manor Apartments (Previously Coach Lamp Corner Apartments)

My main issue is with maintenance. My husband put in a work order about our ceiling peeling along with a few other issues around the beginning of November. 3 months later our ceiling work still isn’t complete. Our dish washer keeps leaking and I was told that it needed to be replaced, but it still hasn’t been replaced (but I’m not surprised because our vanity sink in the main bathroom was supposed to get replaced almost a year ago and it never got replaced). I’ve called the office several times, sent the office manager an email and went up there last week (1/28) and was told that I would get a follow up phone call with a date that maintenance could add me to their schedule to paint the ceiling. I received a phone call that same day informing me that maintenance would come the next day and

I’ve had the pleasure of living at Clove Manor for some time now, and I can honestly say it’s been a fantastic. Michelle and the ladies in the office are incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure that any questions or concerns are addressed. I would definitely recommend living at clove manor.

Must say that the staff here are very warm and welcoming and the maintenance department are very quick in responding to ur requests

Worst place to live at first the people at the office seemed to care but living there proved otherwise.They just want money but don't want to spend the money to fix anything correctly. The parking lot is ridiculous along with the plumbing and the mold. They just dont seem to care about the property or the tenants nor do they care to try and do anything to make people feel safer if you want to live in a roach infested bed bug filled place this is your spot. If I could give this place no stars I would. Never would I recommenad this place to a soul.

Me and my girlfriend love the apartment we applied for... Randomly received this email from them to create a resident portal but never heard anything of an approval or seem to get in contact with anybody for answers.
