Raytown Village Apartments

I just recently moved in and will say I like my new apartment! My only gripes were that I experienced carpet issues and a few stylistic differences from the touring apartment. Upon moving in I realized the carpets in the bedroom and bedroom closet held a ton of dust, which sent my allergies into full swing and caused me difficulty breathing for the first nights. It was nothing an inhaler and vacuuming couldn't manage though! The stylistic differences in the apartment aren't THAT big of a deal, they just caused me to alter which furniture I bought and which color schemes I went along with. The tour apartment's kitchen had black appliances and granite countertops, but my apartment's kitchen has white and steel appliances instead. Tristan was really great in helping me get an apartment. Great guy polite, and honestly trying to help. Need more like him.

The new manager Shasta is very rude and unprofessional. Ive witnessed this woman multiple times be very rude to tenants, being agressive with them, telling other tenants business to another tenant. She is very messy and unprofrasional. Getting a maintenance request done is impossible. I miss the old manager jessica who was actually nice and got things taken care of.
