Bowen Tower Apartments

The tenants of Bowen Tower are living in horrible conditions, mold, toilets back flowing into bathtubs, A/Cs and heat not working. Rent continues to raise as conditions worsen. The slumlord Charles Hill refuses to come to the bargaining table. That ain’t right.

READ the fine print of the rental contract. Extra charges add up to $200 on your monthly rent. In addition, this building has been struggling with heat, cooling & elevator problems. So much that they have ended up on the local news 3+ times

Me and my father have been living here since 2-05-2024. There was a different landlord when we first moved in and they had an actual maintenance man! THERE IS NO EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE AT THESE APARTMENTS ANYMORE!! So if a resident gets locked out of their apartment or gets stuck on one of the two elevators THERE IS NO ONE TO HELP THEM! The constant shift in management compounds the ongoing maintenance issues at these apartments because when one landlord who was addressing tenants and their issues leaves, along with their staff, and then someone else and their staff takes over and starts taking credit for all of the previous accomplishments of the prior landlord and staff, without actually further addressing the issues or the residents themselves, IT MAKES THE PLACE LOOK TERRIBLE! living conditions at Bowen Tower Apartments are inhumane, no person should have to live like this. THEY ARE TRYING TO EVICT TENANTS WHO ARE FIGHTING AGAINST THESE HORRIBLE CONDITIONS.

If I could give zero I would. Bed bugs, roaches, urine in the elevator, smells like cigarettes and Marijuana, and mismanaged by retiring incapable staff. I know several elderly there that are suffering. Last year the ac didn't even get kicked on until mid June!! I've had to work with a lot of elderly and this is the worse situation than any apartment complex I've ever seen. Nothing but slumlords here. I've reported them to the local news and the health department with evidence. I am leaving this review for future tenants in hopes it will make them aware.
