Gabe and Delilah have been extremely helpful throughout the application process. Because this property is income-based we needed more papers than usual. My girlfriend and I were missing some proof of income, but they were able to work with us in order to ensure highest chances of approval. It seems like a lot of the reviews on here mention lack of communication, but communication has been near immediate in my experience!

My sons were applying for an apartment a Cimarron in Omaha, Ne. and they were having some staffing issues in the leasing office. Almost a month had past and the application had been passed around from person to person and leaving our family very fustrated. It had final reached Delilah desk and let me tell you she worked so diligently to get my sons application processed and approved. She was nothing but kind and understanding. Always had a professional atttitude and deserves recognition. Best customer service I recieved through this whole process. Thank you Delilah so much for all of your help.

The amount of effort both Gabe and Delilah have given to make sure we would be accepted was astronomical. Every step of the way they were there to answer any questions and concerns we had. Never once did we feel lost in the process. Could not have asked for a better place to apply.

Maintenance here is awesome,really appreciate they have hired a great handyman,last few were,well,let's say...not so good. Also Office manager,now, does have a care for the renters.. if you are looking for a great place to live,this could be your place..
