Stone Ridge Apartments

As much as I love the people in the office the environment is not safe nor sanitary. In the 2 years I've been here: * caught and disposed of 3 mice * been robbed in the parking lot * heard more gunshots than I could count * had to step over trash and poop on multiple occasions to get to my door * unable to use the park for my kids due to sanitation or safety * listen to my neighbor fight and yell at as early as 2am * deal with over flowing dumpster * A/C go out 3 weekends in a row I could go on and on about the many reason I'm forced to leave. Move here at your own discretion.

I visited this place multiple times for a relative that was moving in who thought they were getting a renovated apartment ..NONE of the apartments are renovated though you are given that impression when inquiring to rent that they are. Zero upgrades from the dated floors, cabinets, fridge, stove, shower, countertops. Only Regular turnover done, paint, clean carpet, clean fridge. General cleaning, but since building is soooo old, the entire complex is WELL over due for a makeover. Just ride through ( especially in back, siding is filthy, only one side of the street looks livable, doors don’t have proper ability to lock the door, they added a deadbolt, but not the door knob….no security at door knob …or windows. OMG, the concrete leading to the door is a major tripping hazard, can’t believe

We have been here a year, and we like living here. People & families that live here are very friendly. Everyone in the office are great, and try to help when they can. Maintenance are awsome!! They have alot to do and do it in a timely manner. The grounds are kept up nice. Other then some people can't throw there trash in the dumpster. Dog friendly ( we do need a dog park) 👀🙏. Just my two cents, I think its a good family environment.

They're slumlords. Living in a new place for a few months now made me realize how bad this place was. Haven't seen a roach at all here expect the hundreds of dead ones we cleaned from our furniture after moving. Stoneridge is infested and they barely send anyone out and when they do they barely spray. Also when needed maintenance it would take weeks to months. Our new place they come the next day. Stole our deposit without informing us why which is against state law. Switches management to avoid responsibility imo. Oh the kicker. Our new place is cheaper and has its act together. Get out of there if you can because you're just being exploited

I have sent over 4 online requests from their website inquiring about renting a 2 bedroom. Not once have I gotten a call or return email. I called today and was told there is a waiting list amd she could not tell me how long it is. She did say in order to get on list, you must pay a 150 hold fee and a 50 dollar application fee. Sje said this no way guarantees anything and it takes 4 to 6 weeks for the application to go through. I hung up quick. NO THANK YOU. WHO DOES THAT?!?! why put a deposit or hold fee if they can't even tell you if you are approved or not. That is insane. I then came on here amd saw the reviews..THANK GOD I READ THE REVIEWS. If you are smart, you will pass this property by too... smh
