Stoltz Management

I live at the Weston Lakeside property, and then Stoltz maintenance team has always been on top of their game (I heard that there was a complete re-staffing on the entire property, so that may explain the improvement?). I've been serviced by Ken Alvarez for the past 3 maintenance requests, and he has been a delight. He responded to the requests in a timely manner, called ahead of time before entering my home, resolved every issue quickly, and was 100% transparent/informative about what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. I completely understand that property management teams don't have the best reps overall, but I must say that I have been satisfied with my care on a consistent basis with Ken and Stoltz.

I don’t think anyone works here besides the poor receptionists. I having a horrible time with the leasing office at Eastside Flats and want to speak to a supervisor. There are multiple things on the lease that the property is not upholding and there’s just no accountability. Frat house vibes .. it sucks and still no call back from a supervisor that was to call today at 12 noon it’s 12:24 right now.

If this management company gets something right it will be for the first time. They failed in every aspect to live up to the American with disabilities act. They've ignored my mother who is blind since May it is now november. None of the things that she has requested has been done they continue to try to communicate with a blind person by leaving her signs. Written signs. They do not live up to their end of the bargain on anything at any time for any reason. I'll be contacting lawyers and hopefully we'll find someone there that can be held accountable for the repeated violations and abuses of my elderly blind mother. They are untrustworthy and disgusting human beings I

Lofts at Weston Lakeside are deteriorating rapidly. Rent goes up up up but safety, amenities that we pay for go down. Local Fire Marshal visits quite frequently.

Not sure about their services and not interested in finding out as they are terrible neighbors. They think it's ok to have loud exterior work done at 6 am despite being situated in a residential area. No one likes inconsiderate neighbors.
