Used them twice to buy a house, through my realtor. I would not use them again. They were supposed to pay off our car loan from the funds we brought to the closing table. Kevin forgot to disburse those funds, so over 71k sat in their Escrow account for nearly two months. When we discovered this because the lender told us the car loan was "active" and autopay was still drawing from our account, they lied they "cut us a check" at the closing table (if you received a check for 71k, would you "forget" about it?). When that lie was discovered, they then told us they mailed the check directly to car loan lender. Failing to produce evidence for that, they then blamed USPS for losing a 71k check: "we can't be responsible for USPS." No record of that mailing, either. In conclusion, they forgot abo
