Hardie House

I moved in on short notice. Justin, the property manager was great to work with he is a very understanding and personable individual. The building itself was quiet and well maintained. All the tenants I met in passing were kind. I lived there for 6 months and never had a reason for maintenance. I recommend Hardie House and Woodward properties in general

I have lived in this apartment for 3 years. It was a studio, first apartment. Neighborhood is amazing has a quiet side and a busier side. Didn't have any issues with neighbors. Maintenance was quick and efficient. A nice story was a time my stove broke, couldn't do any baking. It couldn't ignite/was burned out. What they did was replace the entire stove. Only moved because I needed a much bigger place. The new place Woodward Properties owns too. Good friends with the maintenance and leasing people, so they are working on upgrade the laundry room, which is my only gripe with the Hardie House. In summary, not a bad place and a great area.

Honestly, I only have positive things to say about Hardie House and the entire Woodward team, especially Justin. Moving from out of state and never having been to Bala Cynwyd, I was terrified of being scammed or moving into a dirty, unkept apartment, but instead, I found this gem. The entire process was a breeze, my unit is gorgeous, maintenance was responded to in HOURS not days, parking on the street is always easily found, and $20 for the entire year with Lower Merion. Justin is incredibly personable and made any comment/question/concern I had feel valid and made sure to acknowledge it within the day. Great complex within a quiet neighborhood. Apartments were well maintained and never had any issues with maintenance. Finding a place to park on the side of the road was easy. Everyone I met was kind and friendly. Justin was fantastic and very helpful.

I've been at Hardie House for about a year now and have nothing bad to say. They are nice apartments at a fair price and a convenient location. Justin worked with me to make applying and moving in easy. Would recommend.
