Pembroke Apartments

Pembroke Apartments has been a true home for us. From when my relatives lived there 20+ yrs ago and we would come visit, to more recently when our grown children lived there. We loved the location and the welcoming neighbors, well-kept grounds, and spacious apartments. Michael truly cares about his tenants. For example, when we were taking a one bedroom apartment and wanted a washer and dryer in the unit, he accommodated and put in the washer and dryer into the apartment. We highly recommend Pembroke.

Pembroke Apartments is a lovely place to live! Pembroke is a beautiful and peaceful apartment complex. Our apartment was in really nice move in condition as well. The apartments are really nice and my experience with both the landlord and other tenants in the building have always been very pleasant. A reason we picked the apartment in Pembroke that we are currently living in is that after doing online research of apartments in the nearby area, the apartment had very good value (ie it was very reasonably priced for the location and square footage compared to other apartments in the area). I have had a very positive experience living here!

I’ve been living here for over two years and have had a great experience. Centrally located in Lower Merion, it’s within walking distance to the elementary and middle school (which are excellent) and there’s plenty of shops and nearby parks. It’s an easy drive into the city as well as to most of the surrounding Philly suburbs. Whenever we’ve had any type of maintenance issue it’s always been taken care of quickly. Last summer our air conditioner in the master bedroom broke and a new one was installed the next day. When we first moved in the washer/dryer was broken from the previous tenants and they bought and installed brand new machines for us. No matter what it was (and I’ve never lived in a perfect apartment) it’s always been taken care of.

I lived at the Pembroke apartments for eight years. Owner/management were kind, friendly and accessible and always responded to requests for repairs and other issues in a timely and efficient manner.
