Edgehill Court

The people of this building and community are the highlight here and frankly, they deserve so much better than what management provides. From my experience, the building is filthy. It feels like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in over a year, and every time I walk through the hallways or stairwell, there’s dust everywhere. My partner, who is an asthmatic, has actually started wheezing just from walking through the building because of the amount of dust and neglect. The floors and communal spaces constantly look dirty, and it’s gotten to a point where the whole place feels unsanitary and like a legitimate health hazard for anyone living here. Do not live here. The current management can not be trusted. They are never available. The heating system is from the 1950s. When you move out you will be hit with many hidden fees. I gave 1 star because I couldn't leave zero stars.

I recently moved into Edgehill Court, and it has been a pleasant experience. It's quiet and clean, and the neighbors are friendly. Justin, the property manager, went above and beyond to assist me with securing the apartment as I was moving from another state. The apartment is beautiful, with lots of storage space. The wooden floors and large windows allow light to shine throughout the space. I look forward to the coming months at Edgehill Court.

I lived at Edgehill for 8 years; it was my home. It's located on a quiet manicured little road. The building is kept very clean, neighbors were friendly and nice. I had a number of neighbors that were in the building several years. My apartment was big with beautiful hardwood floors and a large balcony that allowed me to enjoy all the seasons throughout the year with a pleasant view. Maintenance always responsive and quick. I would definitely recommend Edgehill to someone looking to rent.

In the last 1.5 years under this new Property Management Companty, absolutely horrible. The building has gone done and we who live here cannot even get a repair done and we are paying rent. My roof has been like this for going on 4 months now. Its unacceptable. 8/4/2025
