I am an upcoming resident for one of the properties associated with Sterling and it has been really great so far throughout the whole process! I was a bit nervous about the overall process because this will be the first rental of mine that I'll be living on my own, but Deana has been such a reliable help throughout all of this. She was great at dealing with a multitude of questions of mine and extremely wise and patient with me throughout setting everything up. I can't wait until I get to move in the next two weeks. If you are a college student like me who wants to get a 1-bedroom apartment, they are extremely limited each year, so you'll want to submit all the application stuff as soon as possible.

Just genuinely does not treat college kids right.

We just rented a townhome from Sterling. It has been a pleasure so far. Everyone we’ve dealt with - Jeff and Deana - have been friendly, helpful, and incredibly easy to work with. We look forward to working with them and would absolutely recommend contacting them if you are looking to rent in the area.

Had a great 2 year experience renting with Sterling! The staff and maintenance were the best! Houses were spot clean when I moved in and made renting with them easy! Houses were so nice and up to date! Thank you Sterling!!!!

This should be 0 stars. You will not get your security deposit back even if you move out leaving the house in PRISTINE condition. They are slum lords to put it short.
