Brookside Court Apartments

I’ve lived at Brookside for three years and next will be my fourth. I absolutely love living here and love the staff! It’s super nice with paying rent because they understand that some tenants are waiting for a refund to cover it so they extend the due date. For rent it’s all inclusive and no extra bills to worry about! Which is nice when I hear my friends talking about paying for utilities, having to worry about how much oil would be for the winter, or how high their electric bill is from running their ac. I’d recommend Madison and Brookside to anyone wanting to live off campus!

This is my 2nd year living at Brookside/Madison and I’ve loved living here and never had any problems. The staff/management is super friendly and timely. The common areas/bedrooms have plenty of space and conditions of the apartments are always stellar. Location and parking are also convenient. Absolutely worth the money to live here.

I've lived here for the past three years and I absolutely love it! It's very convenient having all the apartments fully furnished. The lay out is very nice and the rooms are a perfect size. It is also in a great location, I often walk to campus since it is so close. The staff is very nice and very easy to get into contact with. If you have a maintenance issue all you have to do is tell the office and it often gets resolved within a day. I would definitely recommend living here!

Brookside apartments are very well kept and not run down like some other off campus housing I have seen. The floor plans are great and I like how big and open it is on the inside. There is plenty of parking as that has never been an issue while living here. If you ever have a problem, Tom’s office is right on the property and he’s always available to help. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Madison and Brookside both are awesome places to live. The apartments are up to date and everyone in the office is so helpful! Tom is very understanding and always willing to help each resident! I have lived here 3 years and have not been disappointed!
