Roxbury Ridge Apartments

me and my fiance recently applied here. they flagged us for having poor rental history. and apparently called his landlord and something his landlord said had them going all bonkers. i was not pleased with staff either they were no help when it came time to fill out paperwork plus searching for the right apartment style for me and my fiance. when being told we couldn’t move in due to having poor rental history they wanted to appeal our apartment to us and go to a hearing. i called and said i was going to look at renting off other places and they said we can put you back on the waiting list for an apartment. it seems like they really don’t care about tenants that they just want their money. i will never be giving no more money back to this place. highly disappointed in them

My husband and I lived here from September 2021-March 2024, we had a great time! No issues, the front office was really nice, was sad when Sadie left but Jamie is really nice! We enjoyed taking our dog to the front office to pay rent! Maintenance men were really cool and fixed issues right away! Even helped me change my tire when it went flat! It was such a great starter apartment for my husband and I!!

I was denied at Roxbury saying poor rental history, but I rented from one person for 7 years here in PA and that landlord told us we had to move that she sold the place and found out she died a year later this year. So I couldn't have her back me up on rental history. But because asking us to move within 14 days and not enough time to look, my kids and me went to shelter and the shelter had some guy come by and ask me if i wanted the place. We went over to the place and it was full of roaches. I told the man i wasn't going to move my kids in something like this and he promised to have it cleared within a month. He called the shelter said it was cleared of roaches and I sent my stuff over then moved in but when I got there the place was the same, thats when hell began for 11 months with th

I like living here. The office staff is incredible they help you if you have any issues with your apartment and when there is a problem to be fixed, they will tell the maintenance people you need something fixed and the maintenance are so wonderful on fixing your apartment right away. The maintenance is on top of things in the winter they make sure the roads are plowed and put salt on the sidewalk for us.

I love it here. Nice clean homes and complex. Very quiet with kid friendly as well as disability friendly amenities. The property management and the maintenance people are amazing
