Unfortunately, we have to leave a negative review for this realty company. We went into contract for a new build home with Kacie Frey, with a contingency to sell our home. We updated the contract to extend our date to have our home sold in Florida but did not push out the closing date. Two weeks before we are to close AND after our house went under contract, Kacie decided to terminate our contract. When asked why, she stated because we didn't travel from FL to PA to physically walk through the home and she had someone who did that and had a cash offer. We offered to fly to PA this weekend and look at the home as well as put additional monies down for a deposit to help confirm that we had all intentions of buying this home in the agreed upon time frame.
