The Flats of Shippensburg

If you attend Shippensburg University, this is a great place destination wise. The walk is only 2 minutes to campus. The apartments have washers and dryers which is nice and don’t worry, if anything breaks Adam (maintenance worker) will be there quick to help resolve this issue. I do not have any complaints about this place. It’s perfects for college students needing a place to stay.

Bed bug infestation here, took us months after moving out to get rid of them. Staff is horrible and very rude, belittles people as well. Would only recommend if you plan on never actually dealing with your landlords. Kicked us out in the middle of COVID last year.

Terrible at maintaining their property. Will not come for mantence and will lose money and ask you to pay more or they will evict you. SAVE YOURSELVES! This new management is not better, and they are just as bad as before. DO NOT RENT HERE. It’s a dump inside and out.

Scammed me out of my $45 application fee. Do not trust them!! I am just thankful it was no more than that
