Very pleasant experience getting to view and select a new rental home. Really appreciate the special March deal and opportunity to be a resident. Yuri, Bobby Jo, and Christina helped navigate the process seamlessly. Thank you all very much!

Violations occur daily, yet no action seems to be taken. Surveys were conducted, and I participated in one in September. There was an option for a follow-up, and I provided my contact information, but I received no response. Fights erupt with police on the scene, vandalism to vehicles occurs, and constant noise violations go unaddressed. I’m writing this review specifically because I haven’t received a follow-up on my concerns. As tenants, we have the right to peaceful enjoyment of our property and are not disturbed by others. A domestic disturbance has violated this right for me and others. I strongly advise against living here if you’re new to the area or simply looking for a new residence. I started living here when it was still Bard and it has gone downhill since they switched. Mail is not delivered when it’s supposed to be. Appliances are decades old and they don’t want to fix them when they aren’t working. They do “fix up” the empty apartments to try and make it look like a nice place. But if you’ve been living there than oh well, you’re stuck with ancient appliances that won’t work right. And when you put in work orders they just say everything it fine because they don’t want to spend the money to fix it. Every year they add more charges to your lease so they can get more money, but none of that money is used to make it a better place. I would not recommend living here.

Working with Yuri Imhoff was an absolute pleasure. She made the entire experience of finding a home easy. Not only was she knowledgeable on the apartment and amenities, she made the application processes a breeze. Thank you everyone at Shippensburg Village Townhomes for everything. As a resident I am honestly not shocked anymore by the behavior of the property manger Bobbie Jo anymore. I have had issues with her on and off since the pre-move in process over a year ago including being told the apartments were ADA compliant but they aren't and today was just the cherry on top of the cake. I received notice at 3:31 pm that I had a package available. I went up to the office door at 4:03 and the door was locked, noticing the new assistant manager Alysia was at her desk and Bobbie Jo was also at hers. I made eye contact with Bobbie Jo and went to the laundry room where our mail boxes are to check my mail and came back to check the door again and it was still locked at this point.
