Do not used these people to purchase a home as a new home buyer!! They are not there for the buyer but they seem to work for seller. We used them in 2018 to buy a home in Fayetteville Pa and Jared wasn’t helpful at all. We didn’t understand at that time, how important inspections were and my husband being blind to the whole process declined inspection and Jared agreed instead of telling us it was very important that we had inspection done. This was the biggest mistake we did. We had no idea what we were getting ourselves into after we moved in, we realized that there was a huge hole in the kitchen that the house owner sat a fridge over just so buyers that were viewing the house would not take notice of it. I am a first time renter and I have had a very good experience with JA/LEX so far. I have been living in my apartment for a year now, and so far it has been very good. They respond quickly to any questions or problems you might have and are very professional in responses and getting things done in a timely manner. When I applied to get my apartment, I was just starting out fresh from high school with zero credit and not much money and they still accepted me and even furnished my apartment before I moved in. I never expected to have such a good experience, as I very nervous about living on my own. I would recommend this business to anyone just starting out or going to college. I am so comfortable here and with the staff that I am planning to live here for a couple more years :)

I have rented from other real estate companies and Jalex has been by far the best. All of their staff is very friendly and easy to talk with. Really feels like they care about their renters. Very professional and timely with responses to questions. I would definitely recommend renting from them as opposed to other companies.

They rented to us quickly and showed us multiple units before picking the best one. We went through tough times and they worked with us with small payments to catch up on rent they are fast to answer questions and handle any concerns we have. The entire team is amazing , and the maintaince guy is professional and even if I randomly see him around I can ask him to check something quick in our apartment. I definitely plan to rent thru them for a long time.

I’ve been renting with Jalex for a few years now and have a very good relationship with Virginia and have even gone to her for advice for my family to hopefully be buying a home soon. We have had problems with a neighbor but those problems have been addressed and everyone in the office is aware of the situation and things have been very professional. I’m thankful for Virginia and the support she has given me over the years for the tough spot I was in when I came to her for an apartment.
