Springdale Apartments

Mrs. Erika Martinez is amazing she’s a pleasure to have at Springdale ! I’m definitely feeling like Springdale is under new management for the best because MARTINEZ IS 😊! They do have a dog park but nothing for the kids they tore down the children’s playground area now the kids have now where to go but across the torn down trees over the river or play on the play set at the other apartment unit which is not fair to that apartment building ! DOGS matter & KIDS most certainly do as well! I’m getting dog friendly but not kid friendly that’s what I’m getting 😔! They’re doing a lot of renovations around here but please don’t let it fool you I’ve been here for four years and nobody has done anything about the amount of mold in my apartment. I lived here. I am going to add pictures. I had to move quickly to Waukesha from another state. I called in March of 2024 for an apt in mid-May. It took 6 weeks for them to process my application and had to live in the Extended Stay Hotel for 2 weeks. I had given up even hearing from them, and they called on May 13th. Nearly two months of trying to track them down. There is no management on site. No place for your packages because they locked all the doors because of stealing. If you try to go to the office, no one is there, and I have seen people waiting to see someone to look at apartments but be left waiting. The apts are pretty old, and even though they are slowly trying to upgrade, they are skill old. My apt had black mold and wasn't updated until after I left. I paid 1500.00 a month

I’ve been living here for 2 years now and this past year has been an amazing experience. Management has met every maintenance need in a timely manner, and above all the parking situation was a concern of mine for a long time after coming home from a long days work. Thank you management to you and your maintenance crew… you all are the best!!!

Erika is hands-down the best leasing agent I’ve ever worked with. From day one, she went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about helping people find the right place. Any question or concern I had, Erika handled quickly and professionally, always with a great attitude. It’s rare to find someone who puts in this level of effort—she truly makes a difference and is a huge asset to the property.

I’m giving 2 stars because Erika was super friendly and responsive. If it wasn’t for her I’d be giving 1 star. Rent is very affordable and they offer short term leases. I was looking for this as I was moving to the area temporarily for work. I truly liked the unit I saw during my tour and decided to apply. But during that process everything went downhill. Erika continued to be helpful but it sounded like Michelle (who I believe is the leasing manager?) was the lady in charge of approving applications and all that. Michelle was very slow, uncommunicative and unresponsive. I had to keep checking in for an update from her after I completed my application and NEVER received any updates. I called/emailed almost everyday and was finally approved only after I called again. I received my lease a
