I’ve had no issues when moving here. Paul was a wonderful leasing agent and went above and beyond. The remaining staff is always responsive and any service request is handled quickly and efficient. So far I love living here. No rodent problems,, there is a cleaning crew 5 days a week and a very quiet building. Definitely recommend moving here
I recently did a tour with Paul and my experience was wonderful. He covered everything about the apartment and the community. He is welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. I left my appointment with all smiles. Thank you again Paul, I appreciate you!
Building either smells like piss , or water …either way if you have children they will be ingesting all kinds of disgusting smells. Roaches in the wash machines and dryers constantly. Roaches in the elevators . Hallways funky . People are always breaking the main door or propping it open so no real security. The dens don’t have doors , holes behind the dishwasher somewhere you can literally hear the mice behind the walls at night. Constant shooting and the accidents at that light were redundant, forget getting any sleep. No lighting in living room or bedroom really you need to have a lamp. Overall very bad experience and management goes above and beyond to violate their tenants and their employees privacy. Entering any unit at their leisure. I would like to express how the Penn̈ Southern Management Team is very AWESOME. They are very professional and very knowledgeable, especially Paul. He was extremely helpful and I truly enjoy living here at Penn Southern Apartments.
