Had my car broke into twice!! My wheels were stolen off of my car as well. Leasing office lost my rent one time and I had to pay double rent. Huge mice and mold problem and I found crack pipes and needles in the driveway. Welcome to the hood!!! Would not advise moving here

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you to Charmaine the process has been such an ease! I’m going on month two, and she’s still amazing. She addresses every concern I have in a timely manner. Visitor parking could definitely be better, but all my neighbors are friendly except for my downstairs neighbor. 😅

Four of the 5 stars go Charmain! She made the process seem effortless. She never made me feel like I was a bother as she walked us thru the process. She is an amazing person to have on Fox Clubs team! Thank you!!!!

I’m relocating back to the DC area for work in the property management industry, and I must say — my experience with Charmaine at Fox Club has been refreshingly pleasant. As someone with a detailed background in compliance and inspections, I tend to ask very specific, technical questions — and while Charmaine may not have had all the answers upfront, she remained incredibly patient, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. What stood out most was her willingness to assist without frustration. That kind of customer service goes a long way — especially with someone like me who knows what to look for.
