I had a wonderful experience touring Highland Ridge Apartments thanks to Olu Anifowose. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Olu made the entire tour feel comfortable and informative, taking the time to answer every question and address any concerns I had without ever making me feel rushed. What really stood out was his willingness to go the extra mile. Instead of just showing one unit, he thoughtfully walked me through several different apartments so I could clearly see the differences in layouts and get a better idea of what might work best for me. We had a wonderful experience with Highland Ridge Apartments. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The tour of the property was lovely and thorough, and we were really impressed by how clean and well-maintained the premises are. The units themselves are spacious, bright, and thoughtfully laid out. What stood out most was the time and attention we received during the application process. The staff was patient, answered all of our questions clearly, and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. It’s so easy to say oh let me write a review when the experience is terrible, I wanted to share a great experience with me living at Highland Ridge and my most two recent maintenance request: a few months ago I submitted a maintenance request because the kitchen floor had water coming up through the floor, what I appreciate most about that request/ experience was the maintenance man that showed up he asked me one question and when I told him that there was water coming up from under the kitchen floor, he didn’t ask me a whole lot of questions, he came prepared to fix the problem, he found the problem and fixed it, and explained the problem to me, the water hole from the dish washer and the sink was never connected (the old maintenance team those Donaldson maintenance men was nothing but th

Mr.Olu was very nice when doing our tour. He showed us 2 apartments and each one was beautiful. He answered every question we had and was very patient. If I move in it was definitely because of him!

I just want to say highland ridge apartments are the best staffing wise, the neighborhood can be a little nosey at times but the staff always make sure we are well taken care of and protected, Mr.Olu is one of the best workers in the office very friendly and kind and will help you especially when you need help, Mr.Aaron is very understanding and always will work with you when needed with anything so overall you wouldn’t never need to worry because the staff will always make sure you okay in the end
