Maya is an excellent worker. Every time I come into the leasing office. She always accommodate me. The staff is amazing!

Let me first says I’ve been here for eight years it wasn’t intentional but life happens. I have seen ok, not good , and unprofessional staff here. Before COWM was sold. The community is quite, buildings are clean, maintenance is dependable when called upon. My apartment is large and the RENT is affordable especially in comparison what’s around . Now let’s speak about management M.Forrest, is the most professional individual that have held that positions. She keeps the community updated via emails, she responds immediately, complaints are held accordingly, and she listens without judgment. Ms. Forrest and WAO properties has brought life back to COWM updating the community with more renovations to the property. This place has tremendously change do to the office management we have now they always on time with tickets just the little things that needs to get done they get it done with no problem at all Ms Maria and Maya is awesome, very professional very well spoken 👏 😀 and maintenance that's not forget about maintenance he is awesome aswell he get the job done. 👏 this is a good place to live it wasn't enough stars for the rating this team deserves.

Don’t live here unless you ok with mold growing in your unit every 3 months i find wet spots in the hallways and closets of my unit the maintenance comes and only paint over unless you make them cut the wall out with the wet spots . I asked about the other spots there response was we get to it another day and wait a week at the most to fix the rest of the unit. Oh and in the bathroom the maintenance just sealed it closed without cutting the mold out
