As a current tenant here at Glen Willow apartments, I am quite pleased with the service of the maintenance team Samir/Keith that services my apartment. They were efficient and quick with fixing multiple things within my unit.

I am absolutely blown away by the exceptional service and warm hospitality at Glen Willow! The entire staff has been fantastic, but Amber in particular has gone above and beyond to make my experience truly unforgettable. Her kindness, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring my needs are met have been truly impressive. The apartments themselves are beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained, but it's the people like Amber that truly make this place feel like home. 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give it 10 stars if I could! I had the pleasure of initially working with Amber when I began my leasing process. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the property, however she was moved to a different property shortly thereafter. Since then I have been working with Ramonia and she is just as kind. She is very resourceful and responds to my emails and request promptly. I have only been here a few weeks and have loved my experience so far. The grounds are well kept and I have had no issues. Looking forward to hopefully more good experiences to come.
