The Staff Especially Arletta is Very Rude . Being Professional and Rude are two different Things . Trust Me, do not move into Regency Lane . I have been nothing but Nice and Professional to Her Rude Self, but She is a Mean Spirited Person . Can't be nice to People like Her . Quella who left was Very Nice and Professional. They need Her back, and as The Manager of that Complex .

lovely apartment complex the ladies Arletta and Quella working in the leasing office is nice to the residents and fast response rate. on site security. nice family playground on the gated property. and a 3 minute walk to walker mill square shopping center.

This is an amazing complex with lots of young individuals living here. It’s very vibrant and has a little bit of everything for everyone, including a playground, being within very close proximity of quick bites to eat, places of worship, and a shopping plaza!

The apartment complex is very nice community I really enjoy the good customer service from Ms. Arletta and Quella they are very friendly and professional too.
