Silver Oak Apartments

Good Morning For the last 4 days I have not had hot water & gas...my stove will come on to cook. For the last year & a half I have brown water coming out of all my faucets...see photos. I spoke to After-hours maintenance over the weekend he stated county was doing some work and I had to wait until Monday. Spoke to someone in the Office who assured me the gas people were on the way and the problem would be solved. Woke up for work and had to take another cold shower. I have no way to cook my meals, no way to shower, no water safe enough to drink, but my rent is due. Because their putting people out my next-door roaches are taking over my apartment, I never had roaches' sense I been here 14 years. I have no vision to see from porch because of the bush's overgrowth in front of my door. A safe

I have a friend who has lived there for a couple of years. I have picked them up during the daytime and at night. This apartment complex is a scary disaster. The grass has not been mowed anywhere in so long that the weeds here, our up to 3 or four feet tall in some places. Some buildings are completely unoccupied, and some only have one occupant. Whoever the management company is, they can't care. They just absolutely do not care. The security lights in the parking lot are mostly burnt out. And the buildings are all so dark that they're scary even to walk up to. If you are looking for an apartment to rent, they have plenty and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Aushiana came in and made the neighborhood a lot better than what it had been on previous years but she's gone now and I heard new management is coming. Hopefully they will continue on a good path. Only issues are that maintenance is usually behind due to high demand, and the residents don't care about what the complex looks like. They leave trash everywhere.

I was impressed and Ms. Sharon saved the day. I am truly impressed with the customer. I don’t know how to post another review but Maleek is great, too. He responded quickly and serviced my apartment. Thank you, so much for your great service. And the back on. I called to find out what was going on. They told me it was the city working on the gas lines. Silver Oak Apartments had nothing to do with the gas being off.
