The Ellis Apartments

I recently toured a two-bedroom at The Ellis with Sharrod and was truly impressed. The property was clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained from the moment I arrived. When I stepped inside, the ambiance was warm and welcoming — it instantly felt relaxing. The floor plan was spacious and identical to the model shown online. The apartment was clean with upgraded, well-maintained appliances that added a modern touch. Shareod was professional, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made the tour both enjoyable and informative. Overall, I had a great experience at The Ellis ☺️

I had such an amazing experience at this apartment complex. My tour was led by Gregory Hill. He was so full of life and karizma. The apartment he showed me was absolutely beautiful. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with confidence and ease. Definitely made me want to live here. I will be applying soon!

The tour process here was phenomenal. My family and I stopped by without a scheduled tour and Sharrod was busy but he politely greeted us and had us seated until he finished with another customer. Then he took us around the property and showed us the model apartment. He was kind and comedic. The model was absolutely beautiful and well staged. Definitely the best tour of the day!! Everyone’s experience is their own, but this has been truly disappointing. I’ve only been in this apartment for 24 hours and I’m already dealing with multiple serious issues. There are roaches, which is unacceptable for a unit that was supposedly move-in ready. On top of that, the plumbing is disgusting. The shower was not draining, which forced me to investigate the issue myself. I ended up pulling large amounts of hair out of the shower drain, multiple times, clearly showing the unit was not properly cleaned or maintained prior to move-in. Additionally, when the shower is used or the toilet is flushed, the sink fills up with water, and particles come out of it with a strong rotten egg smell. It was absolutely foul. Hello, honest review. I've been in this neighborhood for a few years and by far this is the worse I've seen it regarding TRASH! Trash is EVERYWHERE, unacceptable especially when you are being charged almost $40 a month for trash services!!! The new property manager needs to come outside the office and at least attempt to get some of this trash picked up even if it's short staffed ect, a great property manager will make it happen by all means. I would have only taken 5 mins to get the trash up from the mailbox area, but trash has been there for over a week!!! I feel it's against the law to charged residence for services not rendered; valet trash is not picking up the trash on a regular, but we are being charged every month, trash is all over the complex and at the dumpster, but we are bei
