1086 on Montreal Apartments

I’m honestly disgusted by how this property handles towing, especially knowing this is supposed to be low-income housing. They had my car towed 15 miles away when there’s a lot just half a mile down the street; a clear example of predatory and abusive towing practices. The towing company adds ridiculous fees for “processing” and after-hours pickup with no warning or transparency. It feels like they’re intentionally targeting residents who are already struggling, just to squeeze more money out of them. No one should be treated this way, and it’s shameful behavior from both the property and the towing company.

Its September 2025 and I still live here at 1086 on Montreal I moved here quite a few years ago and the community is nice and quite and i love the people here. I love the mix of people who live here. The current owners are doing what they can to make this a better place to live. They are steadily making improvements to the apartments and the property that I like and appreciate. And the grounds are landscaped weekly and cleaned daily. And I want to give a honorable mention to the front office assistant Ms, Heather she is kind and always friendly when I come in the door. And last but not least I am so happy for the Property Manager Ms. Rhona. She is the best thing that could have ever happened to the property. She is efficient and caring and friendly to all the residents. She is the soul

I have really enjoyed living here for the past years. From day one Mrs. Rona went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and all my worries was taken care of. The maintenance team is great they are our always professional and explains what he needs to do in a timely manner. They has exceeded expectations, and has always done a great job. Great place to stay

I love living here for 7 years. It is Quite and peaceful. The staff is great. Miss Rona is always responsive and caring. She puts a human face to every concern brought for her review. The leadership of the office makes it feel like family.

The apartment complex is so clean and quiet that as soon as you get inside you feel welcomed and at ease. The apartment units themselves are so beautiful and spacious. I use to be in a 2 bedroom apartment, but once my family grew, Rona helped us move to a 3 bedroom. Not only are we right next to the playground so my kids can easily go out and play outside while I keep watch of them through the patio den, but the floor plan is so big that the whole family can move freely. The leasing office staff, especially Rona, do their absolute best to ensure the residents are happy. She's so sweet, caring, and just always ready to help in whatever way she can. The apartment is set up in a way that you don't have to worry about bad neighborhood. The maintenance staff are quick to come and fix any issues
