Reserve at Twin Oaks

Pretty disappointed with my living experience here so far. In all fairness, they have fixed the major maintenance requests (the door to my apartment was broken when I moved in, hot water heater issues, mailbox broken). These things shouldn’t have been turned over in the condition they were to begin with. But there are 2 requests that I’ve been waiting for over a month to be addressed - my stove and dishwasher. I’ve called, emailed, submitted work orders, and physically gone into the office several times to ask about this and have it addressed. Between Jamie, Bianca, and the maintenance staff - I’ve not been assured that they are committed to addressing even the smallest of work orders. They have to be deleting their reviews!!! I had an unprofessional experience with the leasing office at Reserve at Twin Oaks. I expressed interest in a specific unit nearly three weeks ago, but despite providing my contact information, I never received a follow-up. After several attempts to get an update, I was eventually informed by email that the unit is ready to tour. When I visited the office two days later, the front desk staff was wearing corded headphones and appeared disengaged before informing me that someone had submitted an application for the unit the night before. In thinking of moving to The Reserve Twin Oaks, the Property Manager, Jaime has shown me all of the amenities of this property and some very nice and cost efficient options. She is very knowledgeable and made me feel like this could be my home. Thank you Jaime for your expertise on this property!

Toured this community and instantly felt welcomed by the entire staff. I was a walk in at the end of the day but they still managed to tour me. I was shown the model home and it appeared perfect. I still have one more community to tour but I’m sure this is the one.

I’ve lived here for about 9 months and until recently I was actually fine with the place — quiet neighborhood, affordable rent. That changed fast because of how one maintenance situation was handled, and I want to put it on record for anyone else considering living here. A maintenance tech came to my apartment about a water leak. He turned off the water to the fridge but did not clearly tell me what the problem actually was, or that the water needed to stay off. I honestly thought the leak was from a pipe or the dishwasher. A few days later the exterminator had to come because of bugs, and the tech said he wouldn’t return until that was taken care of.
