Sage Pointe Apartments

Absolutely terrible apartments. Rent here at your own risk—especially when it comes time to move out. Management will charge you for things you paid for DURING THE TENANCY and refuse to take responsibility. When you question the charges, they argue endlessly and try to legitimize what is outright fraudulent billing! If you don’t immediately give in, they threaten and then send the balance straight to collections. I lived here for over five years and never once had an issue paying rent or ensuring they received their money. Apparently, loyalty means nothing to them. Instead of working with a long-term tenant, they chose to damage my credit. Completely unprofessional and unethical. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

Great Apartment I’ve lived here more than 8 years very safe and clean apartment and the management is great and the maintenance is also great and they respond fast when i have a problem very nice staff I highly recommend this place

I waited 1 year to make this review to actually evaluate my experience and I can assure anybody this place is a good place to live. What I saw on the photos was what was in real life, I had seen another review that claimed their rent price was changed after their lease was up, which worried me, but when my lease was up, they stated they will keep the same lease price as long as I make my decision within 10 days of another renewal. The apartment management is also understanding when I claimed I was going to be late on rent by a day, they didn't charge the late fee. The apartments themselves are what you see on the internet, nothing special, so it's what you expect. there's no misguidance, so that's good. I’ve lived at Sage Pointe for almost four years, and overall, it has been a pleasant experience. The rent is affordable compared to other options in the area, and the maintenance team is always attentive and quick to address any issues. While the apartments are a bit outdated, they are still comfortable and well-maintained. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place with responsive management, this is a solid choice.

We are living here more than 7 years. Management and staff are very nice and helpful. They make our lives more comfortable and safe.
