I've been a resident for 2mos now, I'm loving my apartment! From the leasing staff to the maintenance crew, everyone is on point. They treat you like you belong to them, and they want you to enjoy your experience. Ms. Shamel Bray took me from viewing the apt. to signing my lease.....and never left my side. But she is only one of a New Amazing Team of property managers! They have hella apts. left and they're worth checking out!!!! Su.

I had an amazing experience moving into The Clara Apartments in Clarkston, GA. From start to finish the team made everything smooth and stress-free. Lisa did an incredible job preparing my apartment, and it was clear she really cared about making sure everything was perfect. Mel was a tremendous help throughout the whole process, always patient and willing to answer any questions I had. Dee made the application and move-in steps quick, easy, and fully explained everything in a way that was simple to understand for someone completely new to the process. Overall, the entire team went above and beyond, and I’m truly grateful. Highly recommend The Clara to anyone looking for a great place and great people!

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Clara Apartments! Deaundra was very nice. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The management team has been professional and easy to work with every time I’ve needed something, maintenance has come through quickly. My apartment was freshly renovated when I moved in, with modern appliances and plenty of space. I also love how close it is to stores, restaurants, and public transportation. It feels safe and comfortable here, and I can honestly say it’s one of the better apartment experiences I’ve had in the area!

She’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. The property itself is well-maintained, quiet, and in a convenient location. This review is not as a resident but rather as a prospective resident. Want to give a shout out to Ms. Deaundra who went above and beyond to explain the application process to me. She also took time to show me a unit even though I did not have an appointment (not that I encourage others just to pop in and expect to be given a tour, but it’s a testament to her patience and kindness). Thank you for a terrific intro to the complex!
