MSR had multiple third party vendors out to look at the gutters. At least two told me that they recommended gutter replacement. Response-"I did send your email over to our asset management department, as I know the maintenance team did all that they could do for the gutters. After careful consideration, I regret to inform you that we will not be undertaking any work related to this gutter issue at this time." The maintenance team repair is the black tube that was installed in the back. I have paid for gutter cleaning twice in the past 2 months, which is supposedly a tenant responsibility. The structural issues in the home are to be taken care of by the owner! I do not have full use of the property, and requested a reduction in rent due to the property not being at the level it appeared to

Odiri came in and completed the issues with the stove and oven, he fixed the garage door as well as connected to the opener located on the wall by the door. He also repaired the hot water heater door so that it opens and closes and changed the door locks to the garage door so that I'm able to unlock the door by entry through the garage. I really did appreciate his service and felt he knew what he was doing since it didn't take him long to complete all of the requests in which I submitted. It's good to know that MSR has a maintenance crew that knows what they're doing and could get the job done when called upon!

I have been a resident with Mainstreet Renewal for 6 months now. The move in process was smooth but now that we are living here it has been a complete nightmare! When we moved in the tub in the master bathroom was not installed properly so after only 2 months of use a huge crack appeared. When we first informed the maintenance crew they put “glue” over it and when that failed they sent someone to replace the tub on December 23rd, 2025. After replacing the tub, the plumber informed us someone would come to fix the huge holes in the walls on a separate date. It is now January 20th, 2026 and I have already reached out on two separate occasions for the job to be finished and I have still heard nothing. We have now gone 2 months without being able to properly use our master bathroom and no one

It's ok for them to default on the lease and not uphold their obligation to provide a house that's habitable and free of hazardous substances. The lease states, If flood, fire, storm, mold, other environmental hazards that pose a risk to the occupants' health, other casualty or Act of God shall destroy (or so substantially damage it as to make it uninhabitable) Tenant's damages shall be liquidated and limited to an abatement of rent from the date of such destruction until the Premises are habitable again, it being agreed that the same is a reasonable pre-estimate of Tenant's actual damages and is not a penalty. Danny is an outstanding maintenance technician and a truly wonderful person. He completed all the repairs exactly as listed on the work orders and made sure everything was done properly. He also brought such positive energy while working, which made the experience even better. Danny was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. I sincerely hope to have him again for any future maintenance needs.
