I’ve been living at Shorebrook for four years, and Donnette—who has been the leasing office manager for the past two years—has been absolutely outstanding. She is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve needed assistance, she’s handled it efficiently and with kindness. She has truly elevated the living experience here. The maintenance technician, who has been here for under a year, has already made a huge impact. He is outstanding—maintenance requests are completed quickly, the work is done right the first time, and he’s always respectful and professional. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows. Because of Donnette’s leadership and the excellent maintenance support, Shorebrook continues to be a great place to call home.

Great community to live in! Shorebrook management is very responsive and pleasant. Maintenance is also very responsive and available 24 hours and 7 days a week. Fair pricing, great communication, and pleasant staff. I highly recommend this place. It’s close to many stores and restaurants.

Apartments were neat and at very good location.

I loved my stay in Shorebrooke, I stayed for about 18month. Mrs Donnette curcio the leasing officer was very helpful in every aspect of our stay, whenever there is repairs or any maintenance work she use to call or email the commencement date and finish date. I am thankful to Shorebrooke and Shorebrooke team.

I love these townhouses. The neighborhood is nice. Lovely layout of the units. Donette was the leasing agent and she was great!! She even told me about other Singh properties that would fit my lifestyle.
