River Oaks West

I lived at River Oaks for over two years. This is a great apartment complex, well maintained that has a sense of community. Jaime the Manager made me feel at home being new to Novi. Joe always made sure any repairs were done professionally and in a timely manner. This is a great place to live! I strongly recommend it

Barbara, Nicole , & Jamie showed an amazing experience with this apartment complex. The staff went above and beyond for me — they showed me several different layout options for both 1-bedroom and studio apartments, making sure I found the one that felt right for me. During a very difficult time with my mom passing, they made sure I felt safe, supported, and truly at home. Their kindness and patience meant so much. I’m grateful for their professionalism and the comfort they provided during my move. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a caring and welcoming place to live

I was in the midst of a bad divorce and River Oaks West followed up with me every step of the way, going out of their way on tours to get me the highly sought after unit I was looking for. Through months of me not being able to move in, due to the legal case itself, the entire staff was so understanding! They helped onboard me, proactively responded to any and all work orders, and the unit is pristine! Can’t shout out this team, enough! The obvious - amazing gym and pool. The not so obvious - how helpful and nice the staff is, including night security! The events in the community are actually really fun! I’m not one to usually go to those, but River Oaks keeps residents engaged and connected. Would recommend to anyone! This diverse community accepts everyone and supports one anothe

Just did a tour of this location and the aesthetics are very nice — the two bedrooms had me in absolute awe! Nicole was incredibly kind, informative, and helpful throughout the tour. She made the entire process feel easy and welcoming. Overall, a great experience and a beautiful property.

I’ve lived at River Oaks West for over two years and it has been a great experience. The community is quiet, gated, and well-maintained. I love the beautiful view of the water and wildlife right outside my window while I cook and eat breakfast. The pool area is amazing and honestly feels like you’re in Miami — such a perk! The property manager, Jaime, goes above and beyond with resident events that make you feel appreciated and cared for. Highly recommend River Oaks West if you’re looking for a peaceful, welcoming place to live.
