Waterview Farms Apartments

I’ve been here a month and I love my apartment. It’s newly renovated one. It feels like home and I’m happy to be here. Management is always available when I call even when I’ve left a voicemail.they’ve called me right back

I've been living here for several years and it has been absolutely wonderful. The apartment is pleasantly spacious and well maintained. Maintenance is a special highlight of this complex. Any issues that spring up are handled swiftly, and professionally. I've never been given any grief over requests, and they never seem bothered by after hours emergency calls. Joe and Trey are especially great. They explain what needs to be done, do it well, and are entirely friendly as they work. I feel the need to point out that we don't have maintenance issues often. My experience with this team has been spread out over 5 years and throughout those years, not one issue has gone unaddressed.

I love my apartment and the attentiveness and care taken by ALL the staff. Maintenance is always fast. Most recently Trey came to check on my locks (another person came with him and he was great too but for the life of me I can’t remember his name)- he is always friendly, helpful, and so nice to my dogs.

I needed some maintenance for a screen to be fixed for my bedroom window. I called the office and Trey and Joe came to install a brand new screen same day. It looks great! They were both very friendly and professional and got the job done immediately. Thank you both!

I’ve been living here since October 2023 and I love it! The flooring/carpeting and other design aspects are all very stylish and make the place feel homey, inviting and more expensive than it really is. The sound proofing is amazing, I live next to a family with young kids and a dog and I literally never hear them. Every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been excellent; they are all very friendly, caring and dedicated to doing good work. It’s great! The management is always making improvements to the complex, which shows their commitment to giving their tenants a high quality living experience. ❤️
