Best showing experience ever! Very thoughtful of our requirements for the living space. Gave very detailed explanations for pricing, layouts, and other considerations. Lovely community as well. Definitely a top option on our list! P.S Ask for Jade, she is the sweetest!!

The springs is such a welcoming apartment! Easy move-in , great workers and maintenance staff! Very happy with my decision to stay here! Also the area of the apartments is great close to so many options of restaurants and shopping!

I have been a resident at the Springs for many years, but unfortunately, the past few years have been the most disappointing. The most recent issue involves the maintenance manager’s decision to place 'permanent' storage containers and a large dumpster directly in front of the apartment. While this may be convenient for the staff, it occupies several vital parking spaces, often forcing residents to park in an entirely different complex. Between my late arrival times and the loss of these spots, finding a space has become nearly impossible. This makes simple tasks, like unloading groceries or navigating my way back to the apartment difficult because of snow piles left from plowing in the winter. Jade was absolutely amazing! Attentive, answered everything perfectly. First initial phone call with her was amazing and then I came in for a tour and she was amazing!! She explained everything you could think of and had me sold within the first 5 minutes! Thank you so much!

Everyone at the sales office was pleasant and professional! Ispoke with Denaija and she was very helpful! I look forward to completing the application process and moving in!
