I was very concerned about properly honoring my mother when she passed away; I didn't think it was possible since she was an Angel on Earth. Thankfully, O'Brien-Sullivan took all of that off of our plate. They were very supportive and professional every step of the way. John Copeley was top notch, He personally saw to every detail. For example, he saw a floral arrangement that wasn't up-to-par and he removed it and replaced it immediately. He even hand-delivered some personal items to our home after the proceedings. He did wonderful in assisting us with the obituary and making sure every detail was handled for my father in law. I would highly recommend this funeral home. We selected O'Brien-Sullivan Funeral Home because they were close to Fox Run Senior Center, where my father recently passed away. All of my siblings and myself live out of town, so we needed local assistance. John O'Brien did an excellent job throughout the entire process. He was prompt, compassionate, caring and careful with attention to detail. He made sure to communicate properly with our family members and with the church nearby where the memorial service was eventually held. Worked with O'Brien Sullivan for my Dad's funeral. Very helpful, asking questions and offering suggestions, since they have thankfully more funeral experience than I do. John Copley arranged military honors, they provided me with felt photo boards, everything was delivered completely and nicely presented. Day of the funeral, David Thomas was on site, handling every detail very unobtrusively. These guys are professionals and make everything so much easier. I worked with another funeral home in 2012 when my Mom passed and the difference in service was astounding.

On July 2nd, 2024, my mom unexpectedly passed away this happened late into the evening hours and to say the least my brother and I were torn up about this. So here we were in Southfield, but my mom lives in Wixom and now were wondering what funeral home we should use. So, I started looking online and found O’Brien-Sullivan Funeral Home. I looked and read the reviews and felt comfortable with calling them. I called and the answering service said somebody would call me back. I ended up talking to John Copley who was very patient, understanding, and very helpful. This being the 4th of July week John kept in contact with us and we met with him on Friday. My mom wanted an open viewing and then wanted to be cremated. We had a short three-hour service for her on Saturday. During this wh
