I was a resident here for 5 years, and I truly cannot say enough good things about this community. From day one, the staff, Zara and Logan, has always been friendly, professional, understanding, and incredibly flexible whenever I needed assistance. Maintenance is always quick to respond and handles requests efficiently and thoroughly. I would highly recommend this community to anyone.

Currently looking for a new apartment. The management team Logan & Zara are absolutely wonderful; professional, resourceful & very transparent as far as their communication with us including availability, this is much appreciated when trying to look for the next place to call home🏡 We hope to live here 🔜, Zara gave us a great tour & showed us a couple of units that included exactly what we are looking for. I have lived at Encore at Manchester for the past two years and have been extremely satisfied with my experience. The living environment is great, and the management team and maintenance supervisor are all very friendly, professional, and helpful. Their service has always been excellent. I would give Encore at Manchester five stars and highly recommend it.

Highly recommend this community! I just moved here and already love it - everyone is so friendly, the units are spacious and homey, and it’s so quiet and peaceful throughout the property. I moved from out of state and working with Zara was an absolutely wonderful experience. Trying to coordinate everything from afar and many months out can be so stressful but Zara made the process easy and she didn’t forget about me which I so appreciated. Her and Logan are both so friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in. Very happy to be living here!
