Nightmare experience. As first time home sellers, we trusted her and were completely taken advantage of. She does not pay for professional photos, staging, or cleaning. We had a great offer on our home, but she refused to work with the buyer’s agent in revising an addendum. She essentially stopped all communication with us and the buyer until the contract expired. She does not work with urgency. For example, I asked for the signed listing agreement, and it took 12 days for her to send; we agreed to increase the price but she did not process until 9 days later. When I requested a withdrawal of the listing, she refused. I’ve paid all 3rd party invoices and proof of payment she has provided for any repairs / cleaning done to the home. Our lawyer has contacted her twice to terminate our agree
