Security Park Apartments

I have lived in these apartments for almost 4 years. It seems every month since I have been here. There has been a maintenance person in my apartment almost every month. The dog poop 💩 not being cleaned up .The trash bags being pushed under the dumpster. The animals at night bring the bag from the dumpster. I called the office and the lady there had an attitude because I told her that it brings rats The washer and dryers never work properly Now my air conditioner is not working. I had to call the emergency number at two a.m. in the morning during the 90 plus degrees. They brought in a portable air conditioner that ran all night and all day. I am on a fixed income and my gas and electric bill has already gone up. I have had mice. They put this ugly gray tape under the door in my living room

Yes nice apartments but that’s it! Matinence is always in and out! They don’t answer the phones or give call backs. Turnover in that rental office is insane therefore issues are NEVER resolved because they never know what you’re talking about. Watch your charges. During move out they over charge you and just write you off to an attorney without notifying you of the charges which mean more fees such as attorney fees and interest. I called that office after I moved out for my final bill and nobody was calling me back and the main office kept saying they would reach out to me well it never happened. The only response I got was from an atty with FALSE charges in my account that I have to go to court to fight!!!! They will rip you off so please pay attention!!!!!!

Disgusting place to live because of the management. Do better Beverly and shaneera. Do better. You’re providing a home for people but you make it seem like war.

I love the location and the convenience it gives me, but most of the good stops there. If you contact the rental office, they are unhelpful and will only tell you what YOU need to do. If the washer and dryer for your entire building is out of order, they will tell you its your responsibility to contact THEIR 3rd party provider. My entire parking lot will be filled by non residents picking their children up from school and I can’t park, they told me its MY responsibility to contact the school as if this is my property. I have teens smoking weed in my building, drug paraphernalia on the floors, and constant solicitation from various businesses. I enjoy the fact that they are pet friendly but they did not even add pet waste receptacles until I had already lived here 2 years. And then they did

Please read the entire review!!! It has a mixture of both 👍🏼 and 👎🏼! I am giving this review a five star only because of Mr. Earl. He worked on our bathroom ceiling that had a lot of mold. He did not rush the work and it shows. Thank you for being kind and doing the work properly!! I wish more maintenance people did that because it seems like everyone else wants to rush and not do the job right. 👍🏼 👎🏼 This review does not reflect the leasing office and the property itself. That would get one star to be real honest with you. This area is getting worse day by day, more criminal activities are taking place in this neighborhood (at the apartment complex/parking lots). We need surveillance cameras around the property so that the cops can catch the ones making this neighborhood unsafe. I hope
