I went to get my car registration renewed I wasn't sure of the cost at the moment. I was charged $185,so I questioned the amount. He told me it was increased two years ago .Few days later I received a letter from MVA with a$135 fee.I returned to the store to question the original $185 charges, was told MVA does not pay him so he charged a $50 fee.I strongly believe it's a pattern to rip customer off,that's why he didn't mention a fee originally. Be aware of undisclosed so call fees. I never paid a fee at any other stores.

All 5 stars in book!! I was a complete wreck about getting my renewed vehicle registration before it expired. Mr. Walter saved the day, he was an absolute champ and very knowledgeable in his field. He explained to me in great detail about the process and stayed on the phone with me until my matter was completely resolved. Plus gave me a discount on my final bill!!! I am gratefully appreciative of his generosity, attention and ability to remain blissfully calm in a hectic situation. Job Well Done!!!

I turned my plates in for free. Quick & EZ service. Everywhere charges $10.00. Please send all your friends & family.....better than waiting in line at DMV and you get a receipt.

Hello , I visited this agency today 2/09/2021. My request to turn in my tags was fast and easy . I was greeted quickly upon arrival. My concerns was addressed regarding the information being electronically sent to MVA right away , I was assured that it would be and I received official MVA documentation.
