Chadwick Manor Townhomes is a great place to live! The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained. The townhomes are spacious with modern finishes and plenty of natural light. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the management team is friendly and professional. The location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and main highways. Overall, it’s a comfortable and safe environment that really feels like home.

Chadwick Manor is a wonderful place not only to live but also as a visitor. The few times I’ve visited I have been greeted with kindness . Would also love to give a huge shoutout to Latrice and how pleasant and helpful she is. Keep up the good work!

Chadwick Manor is an awesome place to live. The homes are very spacious and the location is close to schools, shopping, banking etc. Staff is very polite and professional especially Trice Stevenson. She will go out of her way to make sure your visit and or stay is pleasant.

I lived in this complex since 2023 and paid my rent on time and faithfully since 2023. I am affected by the shutdown. All October I’ve been running around trying to make ends meet on top of finding out I’m pregnant and paying the doctor visits associated. I informed the office and pretty much received a “that’s unfortunate” response. I ended up taking out another credit card just to pay rent which resulted in a extra $50 fee. I’m just sharing my experience on how a strenuous time/ situation was made more difficult and wish there was more compassion in times like this for everyone involved.

I absolutely love living at Chadwick Manor Townhomes. The neighborhood is peaceful and family-friendly, and the maintenance team is always quick to respond whenever I need something. The landscaping is beautiful year-round and gives the whole place such a welcoming feel. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to call home!
