Dunhill North Apartments

I’ve lived here for two years now and have had a wonderful experience overall. The maintenance team is excellent, requests are handled promptly and efficiently. The property manager is helpful, kind, and easy to communicate with. One major plus is that I haven’t seen any rats or roaches during my time here. The building feels secure since the main entrance requires a key fob for access. The hallways and outside areas are usually kept clean. There isn’t a washer and dryer in the apartment, there is a laundry room downstairs, which is convenient. Overall, I’ve been very satisfied living here and would recommend it to others.

Well, I’m still in the process, and I’m not sure if i will be approved or not but I can say that Ms. Dina is incredibly sweet and amazing. Her smile and personality are highly appreciated. One Saturday, my husband and I traveled from New York to Baltimore to look for apartments for a better place for our kids. I have a brother who was living with his wife at Dunhill North Apartments. So, I called him and told him that I was around looking for apartments. He invited us to come to their place. He said, “When you get to the office, ask Ms. Dina. I asked him why should i ask for Ms Dina , and he replied, ‘She’s so sweet and welcoming , She welcomes everyone . You won’t regret it. Just do like I told you, and we did exactly that. It was a pleasure working with the staff at Dunhill North. I had the chance to meet with Dina and she was extremely polite and helpful. Dina was able to answer all my questions and concerns, which left me comfortable with my Decision. I also had the opportunity to meet with Mike and Jose the maintenance team. Mike ensured me that my apartment would be ready early and it was. Jose walked me through the apartment and was prepared to fix anything I saw wrong. They are a 5 star team for sure

I really love my apartment. The property manager Dina is very nice. She's very patient and kind. She has lots of candy in her office for her clients. To make them feel at home. I really love my apartment It Feels Like Home.
