As a long-time tenant of a Merritt Property and just having gone through an expansion and build-out, I can tell you first hand that Merritt is the hardest working landlord in the business! All employees are specialists at what they do, so whenever there is any contact with anyone at Merritt, it is a pleasure. We have dealt with the main office, the brokers, the construction team, the building managers, over the course of many years. They simply go out of their way to make you feel appreciated!!
