Tuscany Gardens Apartments

I’ve been a resident here for 3 years and moved out to live with my partner. From the beginning, Shaina, Chanel, Donte and Tennel were phenomenal. Very patient with me every time I called or went to the office with an issue. My move in/move out processes were seamless and I couldn’t have asked for a better management team. Friendly neighbours, safe neighbourhood. Very sad to leave but I would always recommend this place.

I will miss Tuscany Gardens. We moved to a sister property because we needed 3 bedrooms. The leasing office staff, Melissa and Chanel (I believe is her name) were always responsive and helpful. Maintenance was the same, prompt and always completed tasks in a timely fashion. The neighborhood and neighbors were quiet and friendly. They always maintained the property as well. Gym and pool were a nice touch. Did I mention I would miss this place?

I have been a resident here for a few years now. I absolutely love this place! It is a safe, peaceful, and clean environment to live. The staff is very pleasant and handle matters/concerns in a quickly matter. I also like that the staff always shows their residents their appreciation during certain times of the year, example, Mothers/Father's Day, Veteran's Day, ect. This is a great place to move.

I’ve been living at this complex for over 10 years and want to express my sincere satisfaction and offer a 5 -star review for my overall experience as a resident at Tuscany Gardens. Excellence maintenance team! In my experience, maintenance requests have always been addressed promptly. In my previous apartment, the A/C unit kept going out and needed repair every so often. The head supervisor got on it and his team came and installed a brand new system with a matter of days. The property grounds at Tuscany Gardens get a 10/10! It is constantly being well-maintained and clean. The management team in the office is incredibly professional, helpful and approachable. I absolutely enjoyed my 3 year stay at Tuscany Gardens. Chanel in the front office was very kind and helpful throughout my entire stay , the maintenance team were always fast to respond and fix minor issues. I’ve never had an issue with bugs or rodents. My neighbors have been super pleasant as well. I am sad to be leaving but I would move back here in a heartbeat if I needed too. If you are looking for the perfect home , Tuscany Gardens is it.
