Oakview Apartments

The property is great. The former leasing manager Ariana, is the best I have ever come across. They unfortunately have found a new leasing manager named Kelsey and she is the complete opposite. Instead of informing tenants of a possible lease violation she just slaps one on you. The turn around rate is horrible as well. I moved in at the end of June and since I have moved in about 6 units in my building were occupied for them to now be empty. There is no sympathy with the new leasing manager. Very disappointed in the choice of new management. Also after talking to a few neighbors I have learned there will be more units becoming available due to tenants moving as result of the new property manager Kelsey. Sad situation. I never write reviews but I had to show some love to the Management & staff here because this is one of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. Living at Oakview Apartments has been nothing short of Amazing 🤩. The complex & units are clean, quiet and the staff are very nice & efficient. I never had an issue with rodents & the neighbors are friendly. The property manager Arianna is amazing, 💗she’s very sweet, nice & on top of everything. She made me feel super comfortable & confident when moving into my unit. When you call the rental office she answers the phone right away & if she’s not available or misses your call she always calls right back. She’s very poised, respectful & quickly handles any issues or concerns with urgency. She always complimented me on how clean & fresh my unit was.

I can honestly say this was the best apartment I have ever lived in! It was clean!! Lived there a year and Never saw one mouse or signs of any. I did see a bug (not roach) every once in a while that probably snuck in but overall cleanliness gets a 10/10 .. I always saw a cleaning crew at least once a week cleaning the hall ways and parking lot . Every maintenance request I put in the issue was always fixed asap ! Even to being locked out my apartment twice 🥴 and being helped immediately! My neighbors were great, never any noise issues and never a problem with parking even with company over . If this place had a pool and gym I swear I would of lived there forever lol 😆 (Giving them 4 stars because there was an issue with rain coming through my locked windows and causing mold, but once repo

Karen was Such a pleasure it is very rare that you come across people who make you feel welcomed. Even though the apartment was slightly above what I was looking for she was very non judgmental and encouraging through the entire process.

I have lived in these apartments for almost a year now. I moved out last year for the first time. I was very excited and couldn’t wait to start my journey. The move in process with the leasing office was a breeze and everyone is very friendly and professional. I appreciate the staff here so much because they go above and beyond for their residents and they are pleasant and helpful. I believe great residential experiences really stem from the type of team that a leasing office has and this team is super amazing, which makes my living here that much more enjoyable. I really am happy here, I feel very safe here and truly have enjoyed my time at OakView. I truly love my apartment and glad I picked this please for residency. Thank you for all you do! PS: my favorite place is my living room!
