Everything is outdated. Management is less than helpful. Maintenance is sketchy, as multiple empty units are being used late into the night to work on cars, golf carts, etc. Way overpriced for the dump that it is.
When I moved back to Lawrence, I was hesitant to get back into a rental after owning property for 16 years. Alex and his team made the transition seamless. He helped me take care of everything remotely allowing me to avoid a 5-hour drive to Lawrence just to walk the property before completing the application. He had his crew working overtime to make sure that my unit was ready for me and everything was in order. Feels like home, and I couldn’t be more thankful for that. This experience has been above and beyond what I expected for a rental property.
Alex and the maintenance crew at Sagebrook Townhomes are easily the best crew that has been here in the 12 years that I have lived here!! Never have to wait long for anything to be fixed or addressed.
I love living here. Dale is wonderful and fast with maintenance.
