SAGE CREST HILLS APARTMENTS

Wish I could put zero stars I have lived here for two years and moving this month. I was excited about the renovations to the apartments because before I was catching at least 5 mice a day. The roaches are everywhere, the buildings are infested. Since they have done the renovations nothing has changed the roaches are even worse the mice are in the walls scratching and when they die in the walls your whole apartment smells like A dead animal. Management doesn’t care they tell you at least you have a place to stay but at the same time it is a health hazard for you and especially if you have children. This building is disgusting if you move here do not bring anything nice with you because the mice will chew through your couch and the roaches will be all in your cabinets & your refrigerato

The security guard Darrell Greer violates peoples rights & threatens people for things they are not even doing! He threatens pregnant woman! He harasses people and gives people violations for talking loud inside they apartment. ( If that's a problem then every single person needs to be violated) When you try closing the door he then sticks his hands in the doorway so you can't close your door. VIOLATING PEOPLES HUMAN RIGHTS ! He lies to the management office about what he actually says to tendents. Then trys to kick you out of the office so you can't tell the management what actually happened. Sage crest needs a new security guard immediately & don't recommend you live here!

Landlord and her family is rude that work in office always cussing people out. Bedbugs everywhere in the building i really hope this building get close down landlord daughter in law jaslisse neal cuss me out for no reason

On the waiting list I'm looking for the section 8 apartment and I really like Sage Crest Apartments.
