Beautiful apartment, professional office staff, great facilities and most importantly best neighbourhood. Everything is within 10 mins driving distant including lakes. I absolutely loved my apartment and decorated to my heart’s content. Sadly I am moving to other state. Best of luck to the future residents.

Moving into the area in a few months and need to get a solid plan for the new home. Calling for an immediate tour happened promptly and after the details per differencing on units occurred, the walk through was fantastic. Darcey is so personable and made the information very much possible to see me submitting confidentially within this community. Hopeful for the future and being able to come home here. Definitely recommend based off first impressions and how nice the structures are currently.

To Whom It May Concern, When I first moved into this residence, I was excited and optimistic about making it my home. Unfortunately, that experience quickly changed due to a number of unresolved maintenance and habitability issues. Upon move-in, I immediately noticed several problems: the closet doors were broken, there were visible cracks throughout the unit, and holes in various areas allowed bees, hornets, and other pests to enter. Despite submitting the required move-in inspection form and reporting these issues multiple times to both the office and maintenance staff, no one has addressed them. Terrible unit condition. Problem with foundation causing water to leak into main bedroom closet. This has been a problem since the very first week i moved in, which has lead to moldy belongings and an unusable closet. Management doesn't care and wants to raise rent. Yesterday maintenance was over looking at the foundation and I mention how the main bedroom air duct vent leaks air from outside causing room to be at least 5 degrees cooler than the unit set temperature on the thermostat. He told me "it's cause of bad insulation and thats how his apartment is."

When I went through the poor reviews for Saddle Creek / Beztak Properties I assumed it was just a few disgruntled people, but I wish I would have listened to them and passed on these apartments. While the apartments are of "decent" quality and the location is very good, they are certainty not worth the premium cost or poor standards by maintenance and management staff. Just a few of the issues I have had during my stay here: - At move in, the apartment reeked of urine and the carpet had multiple large stains from where the previous renter allowed their pet to relieve themselves. Maintenance marked the issue as "no trouble found" and proceeded to close out all tickets without ever revisiting the apartment forcing me to handle the issue myself to just live normally in the apartment - At m
