Ryan Homes at Afton Green

Buying new construction wasn't my first choice and the area wasn't at the top of my list. However, after a tour and seeing the beautiful homes in an area on the rise I changed my mind. The staff at Ryan Homes is amazing as well. My sales rep Connie is absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond any expectations to answer questions and address any issues I had. She's the best of the best. Reid the production manager was excellent as well. He went out of his way to make sure the job was done right, communicate updates on construction, and remedy any discrepancies during the construction process. You won't be disappointed doing business with Ryan Homes and if you decide to move forward make sure you ask for the best, and ask for Connie

Was hesitant about the location, and almost cancelled my appointment becasue of it, but when I walked in the Elm, I was SOLD! So many amenities and upgrades, appliance package included, recess lighting, beautiful flooring and spacious living/kitchen area and large lots...they all did it for me. I took my husband back the next day, he loved and we put a contract on that day!! We're so excited and Bill has been an AMAZING sales rep!! He is so awesome!! We've spoken with Cat as well on a few occasions, she's been super helpful and accomodating too!! Can't wait til our home is finished!!!

First time home buyer here. I am in the Navy. Currently stationed in California. My family will be moving back to Virginia soon. House hunting is the worst. But my realtor friend and Ryan homes came to us and Sid hey we have these options. Unfortunately at first they were not options in our window due to my wife going to have a baby and deployment around the corner. But good fortune came our way and a lot opened up in our time frame. First Home!!! I've been looking for a house for a while and was more so skeptical on looking at Afton green due to it not being the location of my choice. Cat was our liaison when we went to the Afton Green community for a tour, she was professional in all she did, listen to our needs and wants in a house. I took a tour of the Cedar model and the others that was available. Cat thank you for all of your help in my processing of selecting a home for me and my son.
