River Ridge Apartments

River Ridge apartments is a very nice community to live in the apartments are very spacious and clean. I love ❤️ it here they are pet friendly and they are also friendly in the office. I will say it’s a great place to live.Mrs Peri Jo and Paige are awesom my granddaughter loves going in to speak to them both. They are always on time when we have a problem with anything as far as maintenance which can be something small, but they’re always there when we need them.

This review was NOT written in retaliation for a balance owed. This review was written to warn the next sucker to move in. Peri Jo is a joke of a property manager and harassed me about payment (which was already scheduled) and threatened to send my account to collections a week before Christmas. The ENTIRE complex is infested with roaches. I brought my findings into the office, only to be told they were old traps. SOME of the traps WERE old. I found 3 traps in my apartment in late 2024 with dates noting they were set in early 2022. My finding 2-year-old traps FULL of roaches, big and small, says a lot more about Roach River than it does about me. When there was no action from the complex, I bought my own traps. I love how the community sticks together and help those that need help to get around. The community is friendly and the leasing office stay on top of things going on in the community. Thank you so much for making me feel at home.

Someone warns me not to apply the management aren't good when ppls got good rental history they answered too fast order for a person to get approved. The managers was judgemental towards me and not given me a opportunity this is the only that rejected my application n really read it correctly. Just moved too fast and sat not approved. I thank that person for warning me . Imma pray n move forward thank God he got me a very comfortable place to live n enjoy

Been here 2 years and just signed another lease recently. Apartments are always kept clean and the community is very friendly. Peri Jo and Paige are the best and are always trying to make our experience here more enjoyable! Maintenance is always prompt to help us too, we had a dishwasher go out on us and within a week a new one was ordered and put in. Highly recommend living here!
